How do I pay my membership dues?
Online payment via PhonePe is being set up. In the meantime, contact the Society office directly, or raise a Payment query from the Member Portal.
How do I report a lost RFID card?
Go to Digital ID, Barcode & RFID in the Member Portal and submit a Query under the RFID/Barcode category.
I found an issue with the Member Portal — how do I report it?
Submit a Query under the Technical Issue category, describing what happened and what you expected instead.
How is my request different from a Query vs. contacting Support directly?
